"Thanks to Benny and the ladies in the office for preparing the estimate that convinced us to select SSC. One of the determining factors in our selection was the option for the Ogee edge for the granite. This option, combined with the pricing for the materials and labor for both the granite and the replacement cabinets, proved most desirable for Marisol and me.
The process to remove the existing cabinets and countertops was performed quickly and efficiently. The individuals present in our home for this operation were courteous and professional. Our only complaint in this process is that some of the old material was removed / taken away that we had specifically requested be kept.
We were even more impressed with these individuals during the new cabinet installation process. Their efforts culminated with not only the completion of the cabinet installation effort, but the added workmanship touches that brought out the special features of the hardware and the "finishing touches."
Despite the delay in the granite installation schedule, the process was well coordinated - our input in the selection of the slab and the location of the "template" portions of our countertop sections on the selected slab was greatly appreciated. The installation crew was again very professional, and their proficiency was evidenced by their behavior during the installation, and the impeccable completion of the job.
The overall approval of the finished product (including the cutting board!) was very satisfactory! The process met our expectations, and the finished granite and cabinet appearance and operation exceeds our expectations!
